  3.     COUNT! is a Network License Management Utility for Windows 
  4.     programs.  It enables you to abide to "simultaeous use" licenses 
  5.     in a network environment

  7.     This disk contains Count! Network License Management Software, and 
  8.     utilities.  The Count!.exe program launches applications, meters 
  9.     licenses, etc.  The CountAdm.exe program is used by Network 
  10.     Administrators to install, setup, and monitor the use of 
  11.     applications.

  13.     The Count!.txt file completely describes the use of the software, 
  14.     including installation procedures.

  16.     COUNT! is copyrighted shareware.  You are free to evaluate the
